D'Addario Law PL is Hiring a Paralegal Near Greenacres, FL
A busy estate and trust law firm looking to immediately hire a seasoned paralegal either part time or full time with experience in the areas of probate, guardianship, estate planning and trust administration to join our work family. Prior experience in these areas is required. Must be a self-starter with the ability to maintain a large case load. Must be organized, able to handle and manage cases from start to finish and a team player. Flexible hours are an option. Benefits not included at the present time.
Responsibilities include (depending on experience level):
1) Assisting with complete work-up of probate files from start to finish;
2) Assisting with complete work-up of guardianship files from start to finish;
3) Assisting with initial drafting of estate planning documents; and
4) Other paralegal-related tasks such as drafting pleadings and managing files assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
